In talking with business professionals, I am learning that many are uncertain about AI. Some are excited but don’t know where to start, while others are hesitant, fearing that AI is too complex, too expensive, or even a threat to jobs.

I get it—change can feel overwhelming, especially regarding technology. But AI isn’t here to replace small businesses; it’s here to help us work smarter, automate tedious tasks, and scale more efficiently. In fact, 80% of small businesses believe AI will positively impact their industry within the next five years (Forbes, 2023). Yet, myths and misinformation often hold business owners back from taking advantage of AI’s potential.
